We assist both public and private sector entities in the identification of suitable land for a specific need in a specific geographic area. Urbideas also conducts land suitability on assessment taking into account both social and geophysical attributes of the land.
Development Advisory
Urbideas offers a whole range of advisory services to the private sector on governance issues in order to ensure there is a seamless development of projects implemented by investors. We conduct property risk assessments and due diligence for individual clients or entities wishing to invest in development partnerships.
Land Use Analysis
Assisting both the private sector and local authorities in assessing land use trends and the economic viability of specific land uses in order to assist in decision making for development growth and investment potential . This is done in the main, with a strong focus on land uses on residential, commercial and industrial investment opportunity.
