Urbideas is a professional services company based in Durban, specialising in built environment services.
The company was founded in 2017 by Mr. Siphelele Mpangase who is an experienced professional in the built environment sector having worked in many public and private developments most of his professional life. Ranging from infrastructure, housing, residential and commercial real estate.
Our aim is to create great places for work, commerce and livelihoods by unlocking potential on land by realizing its highest and best use by linking land owners and financiers through sound technical and financial appraisals. We strive to become a leading firm of:

MR. SIPHELELE MPANGASE

BTech Town & Regional Planning(DUT)
Diploma Project Management(VC)
After completing his studies, Mr. Siphelele Mpangase joined eThekwini Municipality and worked in the Unit that was tasked with overseeing all the 2010 FIFA World Cup related infrastructure projects for the city of Durban.
He then moved to Property Division of the Municipality as a Project Co-ordinator then later Chief Project Co-ordinator and Acting Senior Manager.
Later in his career he moved to Housing Development Agency where he furthered his experience and exposure to national programmes and projects in housing mainly specialising in land packaging, development management and programme management.
